All about me
Have you ever looked at a new situation and thought about it solely in terms of “whats in it for me?” This would not be unusual, since many people were brought up to believe this the right focus in our society. Is it possible that this was the wrong approach all along?
That really depends on your point of view, since many would consider it treasonous to think about those around you ahead of yourself. I am really suggesting something quite different that in no way gets you anything less than what you really need or want. In fact, it’s based on faith: if you put forth the right energy into the universe, coupled with lots of hard work, sincerity and consistency, the universe takes care of you completely. You don’t need to always think about yourself.
Other factors are present too. There are seismic changes going on around us that are quite visible for all to see. The earth needs our attention and is giving us plenty of warning signs, hoping that we respond appropriately. The old way of reacting is suddenly outdated, a new awareness and synchronicity with the planet seems to be required. And even in parts of the world that are stable physically, the consciousness of the world’s population is changing rapidly. People will no longer accept the prospect of dead end lives dictated by entrenched,
corrupt governments.
It is really becoming a whole new world, with different skills and mindsets needed for survival. Even when things occur in countries halfway around the world, our lives are impacted because the human spirit is really one. If it was ever acceptable to just think in terms of “all about me,” it doesn’t seem acceptable any longer.
It should be very interesting to see what comes next.
