HOW TO DISSOLVE ALMOST ANY LIFE ISSUE/PROBLEM
We are all faced with challenging situations in our life, no matter how old, how accomplished, how sexy, how intelligent, or how exalted our family background is. And going to Harvard makes no difference, either…haha.
This is indeed the great equalizer in life, so own up to it. This may be the bad news, but the good news is that there are new and potentially more effective/less damaging ways to cope with challenging times. And by understanding our role in creating these challenges, we tip the scales in our favor. So how can these challenges be dissolved (other than by alcohol or drugs)?
1. Not surprisingly, the first step in any challenge is to acknowledge the role we played in its creation. Some of the most evolved spiritual beings have concluded that everything, yes everything, that we see in our life is a result of our own mental projection. In other words, we have created everything that we commonly call reality. And that so-called “reality” is no more fixed than the water flowing through our bathroom pipes. If you can’t accept this (which may take some time), you can’t dissolve the trouble along these lines.
2. Once we see the role that we played, we have to examine whether we even like this creation. Believe it or not, some people thrive on constant drama that they consciously or unconsciously create. If you are one of these people, stop reading now: enjoy the drama, but please don’t recruit me for your show – I’m not interested.
3. Assuming you are not addicted to this drama, you have to ask yourself, “How did I get in this situation,” and “What’s the lesson in all this chaos?” Once you have figured out the lesson in the mess, you’re ready to dissolve it, and you don’t have to repeat the same mistakes. This is a good place to be.
4. The process of dissolving any life problem/issue/challenge is to understand what it even is: it’s just a thought form. Let me repeat this: at the bottom of any self-created manifestation of a “problem,” is a thought form. If you’re scratching your heads now, I understand: six months ago I had never heard of that term. But it’s the key to why you can dissolve it.
5. Every part of your physical reality is preceded by a thought, or thought form. Thus, any so-called problem, just like your bedroom wall, is only a thought form: it’s there because we have created it with our minds. It may seem to have a fixed mass (like your wall), but it is actually composed of moving particles (atoms, etc.) that can change in an instance, just like your problem can change. And just as circling thoughts can cause us discomfort, we know a crucial new fact: they are the root of the problem to begin with. Quite an interesting revelation, right?
6. Once you can accept this (which also can take some time…haha), you’re ready to dissolve any thought form you don’t like. Un-create them, if you will.
7. And since the problem or challenge is only a “thought form,” all you have to do (a process that takes as little or as much time as needed)), is think about what you want, instead of your problem.
8. As you un-create the problem in your mind and substitute what you want, you have the added benefit of connecting to the diving source, or power; the God within. Everyone has this divine power, but sadly, traditional schooling and conventional religions try to cover this up, because if everyone connected to this power, there would be nobody to control, or make profits from.
9. And congratulations to you now, for if you can accomplish this, you have truly become a master of your universe.
10.Some other benefits to contemplate: this process can dissolve emotional, business, or even physical problems.
