CRAVIN’ THE ILLUSION

They say that life is a dream; many spiritual writers have concluded this and gone further: life is an illusion that we create with our own thoughts. And our thoughts are working in conjunction/and/or competition with the thoughts of 6 billion spirits on this planet, along with the animals and other creatures…haha.

What an interesting mix! And for us humans, it seems that people are very much attached to the illusion that is life. Just look at what humans will do to protect their illusion: kill, sabotage, lie, cheat. Just look at what many people will do for large sums of money, with the biggest joke being that they will  probably never get to enjoy it. I’m not saying that you have to buy into this theory; I’m  just suggesting that it might be so.

If that’s true, than the Gods are playing a huge cosmic joke on the human species. Because by allowing all these belief systems and creations to appear so solid, many humans are completely brainwashed, and think that this is all that there is. What a surprise it might be to find out that these “solid” appearing beliefs or prizes dissolve instantly, and are no more solid than the water flowing through my bathroom pipes. Look at how some people really believe that their lives are contained in a Smartphone, or on Facebook: the brainwashing is so strong!

And the illusion grows ever stronger for many, aided by the “consciousness of control” that is pumped out by the media, and other groups committed to the illusion of power.  However, no matter how you slice it, there is no way that any human can actually control another human – spiritually, at least.
